Terms and Conditions

Use of Sunshine Coast Bridal Gown Cleaning Services implies your acceptance of the following terms and conditions, which may undergo changes without prior notice.

While we strive to process garments within a one month timeframe, we are not responsible for delays. Failure to collect or arrange dress delivery within 3 months allows us the discretion to dispose of the dress without liability for any resulting loss.

Quoted prices include relevant taxes and are subject to adjustment without notice. Invoices must be settled upon garment collection or delivery, or as instructed by us. We retain the right to withhold your items until full payment is received.

In the unlikely event of a lost dress, our liability is limited to twice the cleaning charge, regardless of brand or condition. Claims for damages must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your dress.

During the cleaning process, we take utmost care of your garment. It is essential to identify any stains or damage during booking or garment pick-up. We assess each garment, documenting stains or damage through digital photography. Any unidentified issues are communicated to you before cleaning. While we excel in stain removal, we do not guarantee complete removal and will inform you of potential risks. We aim for the highest cleaning standard, but standard procedures may lead to damage (e.g., loss of buttons, beading, shrinkage, colorfast or fading), for which we do not accept liability. Intrinsic faults in the garment, such as weak or fragile materials, are not our responsibility, and we will inform you of anticipated concerns. By authorizing us to clean your dress, you assume responsibility for any resulting damage.

Pictures of your dress may be taken and shared on social media platforms, please advise at the time of booking if you would not like these to be shared
